LERSA Honours Retiring Senior Police Officers at Ajah Police Division
The Lekki Estates Residents and Stakeholders Association (LERSA) has formally honoured the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) and Divisional Traffic Officer (DTO) of the Ajah Police Division in recognition of their distinguished service, dedication to duty, and exemplary contributions to public safety and community development.
The honour was conferred during the official retirement ceremony of Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Kehinde Adedara and Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Comfort Omoareghan, held at the Ajah Police Station, Ajiwe, today.
Leading the LERSA delegation were the President of the Association, Alhaji Chief Sulyman Bello, and the General Secretary, Mrs Oluyemisi Ladi-Sani. Other executive members in attendance included Mr Femi Oke, Chairman of the LERSA Transportation Committee; Mr Abiodun Oseni, Chairman of LERSA Zone C; and Mr Chris Oyesanmi, who represented the Chairman of the LERSA Security Committee.
In recognition of the retiring officers’ unwavering commitment to law enforcement, effective traffic management, and the maintenance of peace and order within the Ajah and Lekki corridor, LERSA presented commemorative awards to the DPO and DTO of Ajah Police Division, accompanied by a cash token as a symbol of appreciation and institutional support.
In remarks delivered on behalf of the Association, LERSA leadership commended the officers for their professionalism, integrity, and positive impact on community–police relations throughout their years of service. The Association reaffirmed its resolve to continue strategic collaboration with security agencies in promoting safety, security, and orderly coexistence across Lekki estates.
The ceremony concluded with goodwill messages, prayers, and formal felicitations in honour of CSP Kehinde Adedara and CSP Comfort Omoareghan as they bow out of active service and commence a new chapter of life.
