Hon. Noheem Adams concludes Year 2025 Community Excellence Awards at Lekki Gardens Phase 2 Estate
After weeks of wonderful presentation events in several frontline estates across the Lekki Peninsula, the Majority Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Noheem Adams, has drawn the curtains on the 2-category Community Excellence Award, aimed at recognizing dedication and outstanding service at the community level.
The final series of the awards were presented during the first-ever Estate Carnival at Lekki Gardens Phase 2 Estate on Saturday 27 December 2025, bringing residents together in a celebration of service, unity, and communality.
The awards were designed to acknowledge individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to leadership, service delivery, and effective estate management. Plaques were presented in two categories: Best Executive Committee Member and Best Staff of the Year—with each recipient receiving a cash token of ₦100,000 in appreciation of their contributions to the estate’s growth and harmony.
Speaking at the event, the President of the Lekki Estates Residents and Stakeholders Association, Alhaji (Chief) Sulyman Bello, brought the best of goodwill from Hon. Noheem Adams while also noting that the act of recognizing dedication at the community level encourages accountability, service excellence, and sustained commitment to residents’ welfare.
The event was attended by estate executives, trustees, residents of Lekki Gardens Phase 2, and representatives of LERSA, including Mrs. Ibiye Ekong, Chairperson of the LERSA Stakeholders Engagement Committee.
Speaking on behalf of award recipients and all residents, the Estate Chairman, Dr. Eniola Awolola expressed appreciation for the initiative, describing it as a strong motivation for continued service and community development.
Special commendation and prayers were offered for the Majority Leader and the Leadership of Lekki Estates Residents and Stakeholders Association.
The presentation formally concludes the Year 2025 Community Excellence Award series, reinforcing the importance of celebrating grassroots contributions and promoting lasting social cohesion within residential estates and gated communities.
